Blocking
Website Blocking
Integard stops websites from being displayed on your computer if they contain inappropriate content, such as pornography. Integard continuously updates its list of inappropriate websites, which keeps your computer up-to-date. You can customise Integard to block specific sites, pages, and words.
Dynamic Filtering
Before a web-page is ever displayed on the screen, Integard checks its contents for inappropriate words and phrases, and blocks the page from being displayed if necessary. You can modify the sensitivity of the dynamic filtering, and select categories to block or allow.__________________________________________________________
Guarding
Blocking of Internet Predators
Integard actively prevents internet predators from grooming your child by monitoring chat programs and email and blocking any suspicious activity. The following chat programs are supported: MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, AOL Instant Messenger, and IRC.You can choose to be notified by email if suspicious activity is detected.
Safe Search
Search programs are blocked from displaying inappropriate
search results by forcing the strict safe-search options
to be used by internet search engines. For example:
Google, Alta-Vista, Dogpile, Lycos, HotBot, WebCrawler
and Live Search. Integard actively prevents children
from turning the safe-search options off.

Monitoring
Remote Monitoring
Whether you’re in the next room, or in your office across town, you can monitor your child’s use of the internet. All Integard configuration and reporting features can be accessed using any pc on the internet, using your secure user-id and password.
Email Notifcation
If any inappropriate or suspicious internet activity occurs, Integard can notify you with an email. If you choose to, you can modify the configuration of Integard remotely, to block the suspicious/inappropriate internet activity.
Time Limiting
If you choose to, you can limit the number of hours per-day that your child can use the internet. When the allotted time period is used up, Integard will block all further internet activity for the day.
